While a lot of hand protection wraps, gloves, etc. require a lot of time-consuming application, removal, and re-fitting as you move from one workout to the next, Rogue Gymnastics Grips allow athletes to simply turn the grip portions around to the back of their hands when they don’t need them. Going back to the pull-up bar? Simply twist the grips back around and put your fingers back through the finger holes for a secure fit once more.
Our V2 Grips measure 2.5” in width and are made from textured American leather on both sides. This produces a more consistent, firm grip across a wide variety of movements, and helps prevent bunching and slippage during high-rep work. The design also features two precision-cut finger holes and a hook-and-loop strap for a custom, secure fit.
