INGREDIENTS: Ginger? Garlic? Lemongrass? Vegetable Oil? Sugar? Salt? MSG (E621)? Preservative (E211) & spices.

COOKING METHOD:

To Steam:

  1. Steam 500grams of chicken? meat or seafood for about 8 minutes.
  2. Then pour in the Masfood Ginger All Purpose Paste and continuous steam until cooked. Then serve while its hot.

To Fry:

  1. Stir-fly the Masfood Ginger All Purpose Paste with some water.
  2. Then add in 500grams of chicken? meat or seafood and stir-fry until it is cooked. Then serve while its hot.

To Cook Hainanese Chicken Rice:

  1. Put in 500grams of washed rice with 500 grams of water into the rice cooker. Add in the Masfood Ginger All Purpose Paste and stir it well while it cooks. (add 2 pandan leaves for extra fragrance and taste)
  2. When the rice is cooked? stir the rice again and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Then serve while its hot.
