• Selfie Hand Held - While in this mode， the folding arm can be maneuvered out of frame easily for Point of View or Follow-Cam recordings.
• Hand Grip (Arm Detached) - This is perfect for fast paced sports like Surfing and Snowboarding where you need a steady hold on the GoPro， there is also a secured strap to go around the camera hand as well.
• Tripod - The Tripod for this mount is cleverly stowed away at the back of the hand grip inside the handle， perfect for solo recording. You can fully utilize the hand grip and the arm to set your desired height of where the GoPro is recording.
