3. Delivery Method
Singpost normal or registered postage (You may wish to top up a $3.00 for Eurasia Courier)

4. Packaging and Privacy Matters
Your merchandise would be packaged in the most unconspicuous way to avoid unwarranted attention. Item(s) will be packed into an opaque envelopes. Customised packing (such as giftbox) are also available at additional charges.
 
5. Exchange/Refund Policy
An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent is defective/incorrect. The item(s) returned must be in a brand new condition. Under all circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is out of stock. 
All exchanges/refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
