Where to even begin is the hardest question but like the bottle says... It delivers. This was the first ever Burt's Bees product I've used and hasn't left my collection since. I call this one the best and ultimate top face cleanser for anyone who's a first for using Burt's Bees & uncertain about how their skin type will react or what skin type they even have. This cleanser is unbelievable. It really is. It saved my face which means it saved my life in its own way, seriously. The cream is silky but not too silky where it's slippery or more watery based, it's just perfect, and once applied, your skin gets nicely smooth and treated. The cream also has this slight iridescent glare in it. It's pretty. The scent is also incredibly pacifying!! It's a faint smell too but it's calming & lovely. Once you start washing your face you notice an intense moisture effect on or in your skin. There is a residue effect when you begin to wash it off, if you look carefully in your sink and as for residue on face... I haven't really noticed much but I do use another face wash after using this one. Kind of like a 5 step face wash routine. Other than that it does what it's supposed to, intensely moisturizer, immediately removes redness puffiness, and a clear appearance and feel to your skin. After using this for at least 2 days, you will begin to to see any bumps, and redness, irritation, and acne clear up. That fast. That easy. This one is the miracle magical face wash they have so far. It can even be the only face wash you can or could use and wouldn't even need anything else. Honestly. I'm 23 currently & have Combination skin type with high sensitivity. I've been using Burt's Bees Products for over a year and a half or more & am very pleased to have found a brand that really suits my skin. Their products have all succeeded greatly in changing my skin for the better and revealing my baby skin that's been fighting & surviving to show its beauty. I started breaking out intensely & suddenly when I started my Menstruation at 14 and it was a nightmare. For years, till I finally gave Burt's a try, I'd been tormented & in physical (face-wise) and emotional pain wondering when and if I'd ever see clear skin again. It was especially a struggle because as someone with an extreme irregularity cycle it is even harder and confusing for my body and it just shows obviously in my face (most especially chin area). With all that said and pointed out my combination skin type just makes things harder to control and keep certain parts of my face normal and not over dried and/or oily. It is just amazing. If you're looking for a cleanser whether it's your first or not...
