       Before return you need prepare:

  1. Please contact with our service people first, tell us the order number and return reasons, after both of us agree return the product, contact with your local postal, write return address carefully, after you return, please tell us the tracking number.
  2.  If the product is fragile and high value, please pack it well and carefully, if it damaged during the return shipping way, we do not in charge of this similar buyer\'s faults

  1. Seller do not charge of any fee caused by import country\'s custom, and buyer paid in order to get the product.
  2. Buyer supply return the product in 7days after receive the product, seller can resend new product after received the return product, but if after 7days, seller will not resend new product, only in charge of repairing the product.
