Order Product will only be delivered upon Qoo10 approval after payment transaction go through.

PURCHASE AND SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
DELIVERY
1) For Local transactions, product will be posted to you by your chosen mailing mode via Singpost Register Mail. Local delivery will take 2 - 3 working days. Shipment may be subjected to delay at times.
* Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
2) For oversea orders, kindly please send an enquiry email to 2012venusstar@gmail.com, we will get back to you once we receive your mail.
All overseas orders will be sent by Singpost Registered Air Mail with tracking number. When you place an order, we will calculate the shipping rate and charges based on the total weight of your order. Estimate delivery period within 7 to 14 working days to major cities of the world.
3) We are sorry that we do not provide any self-collection at the moment. For urgent delivery, kindly please select SingPost express postage before 5pm of each day (except Saturday, Sunday and public holiday).
4) If ordered product not yet receives within 10 days, kindly please email to 2012venusstar@gmail.com , we will get back to you as soon as possible. We strongly recommend customers to use registered mail to prevent lost mail by normal postage.
WARRANTY AND AFTER SALES SERVICES
1) Provide 14Days 1 to 1 exchange service, for product on default and against to mechanism.14 Days exchange program start from the date of your receiving of product. Kindly please email to us enquiry about your default and problem product issue to 2012venusstar@gmail.com within 14 days.
We do have record on our posting date and SingPost register mail delivery date.
2) Kindly please double check your order and selected products. If you selected and purchase wrong product, colour, design and duplicate order product. There is No exchange, refund and return.
3) All Products have been checked, tested and packaged in original with good condition before dispatch/delivery.
4) Wear and Tear products are not covered by warranty.
5) Return product shipping cost is to be bear by customer/buyer/purchaser, strictly no refund on the return shipment cost.
