5) There is no light in my car detoxifier when I plug into the cigarette socket?
Response : We realized that some car cigarette socket is longer than others. Do not panic as the product is not faulty. All you need to do is to adjust the tip of the car detoxifier (stainless steel round tip) anti clockwise to make the car detoxifier longer. Note: Do not over adjust the tip until it comes off. Just adjust slightly. Try to plug the car detoxifier again to the cigarette socket.

6) My car detoxifier still do not light up (there is no UV light and led red light indicator not lighted) after I adjust the stainless steel tip?
Response : Please call +603-62732282 or email to customerservice@okamizu.net, fill and email the warranty card and we will exchange one unit to you. If stock is not available, please allow a 14 days delivery to you.

Return Policy

Please contact us by email prior to any return. Returns of merchandise must be in its unused original condition and a tracking code for inspection and processing within 30 days of receipt of product.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. FULL Refund of merchandise will be issued after the seller received the return item in its original condition.

If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by us. We reserve the right to decline any return where the product is not in acceptable condition.
