The manufacturer took the wrong measurement,
they made the shoes one or two size larger than the standard size.
Please refer the following:
size 35 --> means actual size 36
size 36 --> means actual size 37
size 37 --> means actual size 38
size 38 --> means actual size 39
size 39 --> means actual size 40
** If you order size 38, actual size 39, sometimes you will receive size 37 from us,
as sometimes it is 2 size bigger . But we follow your actual size.. just order the size base on your actual size will do **
