Neck Hero neck pillow comes in 3 levels of firmness support. The sizes refer to the level of firmness provided by the amount of filling in ounces in each pillow. Soft (7.5oz), Medium (10oz) (most popular), Firm (12oz) (temporarily out of stock). All pillows are 25 inches long by 7 inches in diameter. Most customers find that the Medium or Soft are the most comfortable for neck support. Please refer to the sizing guide to assist in selecting a size that might work best for you.
