This harness is great for training the Front Squat. Allows athletes to continue to train the squat with arm or shoulder injuries. Works the quads like nothing else. Rubberized tubing on the pins are easy on the barbell and also keep it from sliding. High Density foam padding for a comfortable fit. Measures about 13" from where it rests on the shoulders to the bolt at the pivot point.
