Recently my colleagues and I were on business trip to Langkawi Island, Malaysia. The island is a duty free island.  We have done a lot of shopping there, and some us ended in buying new suitcases to carry the merchandises that we have purchased. Shipping is free for shipment in Malaysia using Pos Daftar (Malaysian Registered Mail). However there is a surcharge for oversea shipment as follow:
