DESCRIPTION

This 16” Heavy-Weight Wide Rim Pizza Pan (HATP16) made by American Metalcraft is created to withstand years of use without losing its durability or reliability. Made with a shallow rim, food products and the pizza itself will remain within the pan confines for transportation and baking but, during service, the pizza is easily removable with a server. The pans are made of smooth aluminum, a metal with excellent heat conducting ability that cooks your pizza evenly and consistently. Made from tough 14 gauge metal, these 1.5 millimeter heavy-duty pans are a good medium between the 18 gauge standard weight pizza pans and a step below the 14 gauge anodized aluminum pizza pans.|Additional Comments:|For maximum life, clean your aluminum pizza pans with a mild detergent or a detergent made specifically for aluminum products. Over time, strong detergents can cause corrosion and thinning of the metal.
