Smooth Operator is made with peanuts blended with a pinch of salt and cane sugar for a touch of sweetness. We've also added a little bit of palm fruit oil (containing zero cholesterol and zero trans fats) to keep the peanut oil from separating. This means no need to stir the oil back in!
