  A. Refund and Exchange Policy

• No refund or exchange unless for manufacturer defect or wrong item sent
• Returned items MUST be UNWORN, in ORIGINAL condition and packaging
• Returned items MUST NOT have been WASHED
• Customer shall bear the postage for exchange items

B. Delivery

• Customer shall bear the cost of re-shipping due to wrong or incomplete delivery address
• We shall not be responsible for lost or undelivered items sent by SINGPOST non-registered mail
• Please note that NO replacement will be sent due to lost of non-registered mail
• Please use Registered Mail for peace of mind.
