Use the computer to redeem the code:
1. Log in to the PSN account at the top of the PlayStation's US official website. Https://store.playstation.com/login.gvm (Please copy the URL and open it in the browser)
2. After login， click the "Redeem Prepaid Card" option in the "Account" at the top right of the home page.
3. Enter the 12-digit code in your hand correctly.
