ATTENTION:

Every size is in hand measurements, and it may have some deviation in it. Please measure the size of your pet's neck and chest before ordering. For in between sizes, choose the larger coat for more coverage.

Washing Instructions: Secure the fasteners; Wash with cold water on gentle cycle with mild detergent; Hang dry. Do NOT bleach or dry clean.

INSTRUCTION:

Use one of the following two freezing methods:
1)With the removable gel cooling packs in place, freeze the collar dry, in a freezer-ready plastic bag, without submerging it in water.
2)Or, freeze just the water bag inserts, and then place them into the collar. Collar remains cool for up to one hour. Remove collar from dog when it is no longer cool. Repeat steps as necessary.
