It is a balanced extra virgin olive oil with low acidity, intense fruity aromas of ripe tomato, fresh cut grass, tropical fruits, herbs. In the mouth it has medium bitterness, intense and persistent with a long finish pungent and finally it reveals aromas of radish, chicory, black and red chili pepper.
