スキンライトテラピーを肌に密着させ軽くスライドするようにマッサージします。 両ほっぺのように広い部分を始め額、鼻、あごに自由に動かしてください。 あごと首は肌を上の方に引き上げるように使用するとより効果的です。
step4.
