This tart mold is made of high quality Aluminum which makes the product not so heavy as the stainless steel mold but still sturdy enough. And as it is Aluminum, it will never rusted even after many years of use. It is one piece in a whole, the bottom is not removable.

There are 20 pieces in the set. The capacity of each pan is about 60ml, the depth is 3/4". It just fits for making egg tart or individual dessert.
