Prices All items are in nett price. Postage charge included (for normal local postage only) 3. Delivery services Normal delivery is FREE. If require registered mail, kindly add SGD $3.00 separately to POSB Savings Account 126-47088-6. For normal postage, we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. 4. Payment We accept payment made by Internet Banking & ATM fund transfer. For ATM Funds Transfer, please make payable to: POSB Savings Account 126-47088-6. Indicate your name when making Internet Funds Transfer (preferred choice). Customers are required to make full payment within 3 days upon order confirmation. Please note that any late payment of orders will result in the delay of arrival time. 5. Exchange & Refund All goods sold are non-refundable. We will inspect items before posting out. Postage charges for any exchange are to be borne by the customers, whom will need to bear postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to the customers. Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects. We allow exchange within 2 days after receiving the item ONLY. We will not be entertain any overdue exchange. We will make full refund if: The product is no longer in stock after making the full/down payment. Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.
