Item(s) will be mailed out within 24hrs after payment is confirmed. You will be able to receive your items 3 to 5 days after payment is made. Delivery will be made via Singpost.  

 

Registered Mail  
Carry Me Any Way Canvas Bag is shipped via Registered mail. This is to avoid items lost in the mail.  
Your purchased item will be delivered to your doorstep.  
If there is no one to greet the postman at the door, fret not, the postman will place a collection slip at your door. Just bring the collection slip to the nearest post office to collect your item.
Tracking number is available for registered mail.  
For registered mail, a top-up amount of SGD$7 is required.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We check and ensure all items are in perfect condition before mailing out.

Q: My items are damaged during delivery, defective or sent wrongly.

You may exchange the item(s) within 7 days from the date you received your products. All return item(s) must be in its original packaging. It should not be opened or used.

Q: I changed my mind and would like to exchange or refund my purchases
Unfortunately we are unable to refund your purchases.
You may exchange the item(s) within 7 days from the date you received your products. All return item(s) must be in its original packaging. It should not be opened or damaged.

Q: How do I exchange my item?

Do note that:
- Only one exchange is allowed 
- All shipping cost for returned items are borne by customer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- If the value of the exchanged item is higher, we will only ship the item out once the difference in payment is made.
- If the value of the exchanged item is lower, we will refund the difference.
- Shipping cost for the newly exchanged item will be paid by Snazzy Daze
