The ingredients in the product make it highly hydroscopic, so some of it will absorb water and clump - this is just a fact of the product. I have not noticed a change in performance while working my way through a tub, which makes me confident that clumping does not create ingredient imbalances. So yeah, it might look a little weird, but it mixes fine and performs well. I have taken pre-workouts that either give better pumps or provide better energy, but I rarely have found a product that is effective at combining both without a horrible come-down. Pre-Gro, on the other hand, checks all the boxes for me and I don't feel a need to combine it with other supplements. A touch more caffeine would turn this into a 5 star rating, but it still provides enough to sustain me through a long workout (I go to the gym before the crack of dawn when I need a good kick to get going, so if you are an afternoon lifter the caffeine should be fine.)Physically, I have noticed gains in strength paired with moderately decreased levels in body fat and more vascularity. I went into GNC a few months ago looking to buy a pre workout for my boyfriends birthday present. The sales guy asked me a few questions about what kind of pre workout I was looking for, and ended up really trying to sell me this product. Upon opening the container, he found the product was separated and it looks like somehow water got inside during packaging...
