I have increased my dose with this new order an hoping it will help even more. My doctor confirmed the improvement results and I ave not yet lost any height, which at 70 most of my friends have. My mother had osteoporosis and it was extremely painful at times as arthritis developed in her spine. I find them very difficult to swallow and they also have a habit of breaking in the bottle. This time the store had the 'tiny tabs' on the shelf so I bought it. Instructions on 'slim tabs' bottle is - take 3 tablets daily. Instruction on the new 'tiny tabs' bottle is - take 6 tablets daily.
