Remove the nuts. BUT leave one of them on.
*If you take all of them off, your car's balance might be thrown off.
*If you look at the lefthand photo above, you can see that one of 5 holes has a larger opening than the other ones. Leave the nut that is on that hole.

After cleaning and wiping the surface, peel off the covers of the double-sided tape

After attaching the Wheel cover, just put the nuts back on and fasten them
