Shake up. Tightline your eyes. For a dramatic cateye， drag out the corners towards the end of your brows.

“Try using a pencil eyeliner to smudge out the outer corners of the eyes， and then going over with a brush liner. This way， you can get a defined look that’s not too harsh.”
