You need to retain the warranty card as well as the delivery order documents which will be provided to you upon successful delivery by Turbo Singapore.

Installation Information
Replacement Installation: FREE

Replacement Installation refers to the following:
1. A qualified contractor from Turbo Singapore will perform the replacement installation.
2. Contractor will remove old hob and install new hood of the same cut out size.
3. For your convenience, the image of the cut out size for this model is provided above.
4. The new hob will NOT come with a power plug. It will be loose wires.
5. Contractor will connect the new hob to your existing power supply of the new hob.
6. In the event that the power supply at your home is faulty, you may negotiate with the contractor on your own private means to rectify the fault.
7. Installation fees once paid, are non refundable. As such, kindlly ensure that the power supply of your current hood is working and that the cut out size is the same.
