For normal mail, it usually takes 3-5 working days, however, it is subjected to loss or delays. No tracking is available and we are not able to trace for the items sent via normal mail. We regret that there is no replacement, refunds, or cancellations for items lost via normal mail. Upon opting to normal mail, you agree to bear liability of lost/delayed packages (if any). How to use

1. (OPTIONAL) Apply a thin layer of base gel to make the nail color more lustre and durable (available in our store) on your cleaned nails then cure it under LED lamp for about 30 seconds or UV lamp about 2 minutes. Note:Our gel pen can be used alone.

2. Use the gel pen to apply your colours. Cure it under LED lamp for about 30 seconds or UV lamp about 2 minutes.
