Remove Nasal Plug from packaging.Insert into nose ensuring some of the product remains outside the nose to allow easy removal.After a few minutes when bleeding has stopped, carefully remove the plug from the nose and discard.Use wipes for cleaning face and hands.Store in a clean dry place between the temperatures of 41-78°F (5-25°C).
