SUMMARY:

Arginine is an essential precursor of nitric oxide, which helps maintain blood vessel tone and plays a role in protein synthesis.
Involved in creatine formation, it can have an influence on the cardiovascular system through nitric oxide production (which helps maintain blood vessel tone) and helps fuel muscle cells.
Mix 1 scoop into 8 ounces of water, fruit juice or sports drink or mix 1 scoop into pre-workout and/or BCAA 30 minutes before the gym.
Combine with citrulline for the optimal nitric oxide boost during workout.
