SHIPPING MATTERS

 

Normal Postage : Your order will be delivered in approximately 3 to 5 Working Days via Sing Post.

After Shipping out, there May be a Delay due to Other Issues. NO Tracking is available for NORMAL MAIL. We will NOT be responsible for LOST Items sent by "NORMAL" MAIL” Postage. NO Replacement will be sent under this FREE Shipping

 

REGISTERED MAIL: Registered Mail has an additional Charge of SGD$3.50 on top of Normal Mail Charge (for certain item only). A Tracking Number will be issue for Tracking of parcels via Qxpress. Packages are delivered in approximately 2 to 5 Working Days after Shipping out BUT may be delayed due to other issues. For peace of mind ,Customers are encourage to Opt for "Registered Mail” to ensure Delivery to the provided Address successfully. Therefore, if you require Poof of Shipping, please indicate.

 

YOUR ORDER

Packages are generally sent out within 1 to 3 Days after Payment/Receipt of Payment Ship via Sing Post.

 

Additional TERM & CONDITIONS

Once Order is processed, NO Cancellation or Amendment is allowed.

~ Color of the Product may be slightly different from the Photos due to light effects reflection etc. NO Refund or Exchange is allowed in this case of Color Differences.

~ For certain Product with Warranty, buyers are to bear for ALL the postage costs incurred.

~ Once goods sold, will be Non Refundable.

~ We will check ALL Items prior to Shipping "Unless Item is sealed "

~ If you have any Problem when you received the Package, kindly contact us immediately.

~ For Registered Mail with Tracking Number, once item is sent out we will have No Control of the Delivery Schedule, under such circumstances, kindly Check with your respective Post Office.

~ We reserve the rights to change the items and conditions without prior notice.

4. BUYER SELECT:- WRONG ITEM / TYPE / MODEL / COLOR

5. IF THE PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE,PLEAE CONTACT I-ONE FOR ECHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS

6. BUYER REQUESTING FOR an EXCHANGE MUST 1ST RETURN US THE PURCHASED ITEM FOR OUREVALUATION.Buyer will have to bear the FULL Shipping Charges
