• 1. Turning on the switch ,the led light will shine under the condition of the led surface is dark.
    2. Due to the long shipping time ,if the led lights don’t light in the dark condition, please turn on the switch and let it absorb a few hours of sunlight. 
    3. The item is light sensitive,so the light will go out when the led surface is up, down is lights up. 
    4. Quality inspection before shipment, be sure use in the right way.

    • Customers need to submit the request within 7 days from the date of receiving, (based on tracking system) .
    • The item must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging with the accessories.Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
    The warranty is invalid if:
    • Defects and damages are due to misuse, fault of negligence or usage other than the normal and customary manner
    • Serial number and/or security seal are removed or tempered with.
    • The product is modified, disassembled, tempered or attempted repair by any person.
