We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail by normal postage.

Refund / Exchange

Refund will be made if the purchased item is out of stock.

An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected*
Cutting issue is not considered as defected item.
Strictly for defected item only can exchange back the same design item.
