Make a good old-fashioned Chicken Curry with Little Nyonya's Curry Paste for Chicken. This curry is comfort food for many Singaporeans and Malaysians alike, and it is most eaten with rice or bread.

You will need
1 pack of Curry Paste for Chicken (250g)
1.25kg bite-sized chicken
125ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Potatoes
1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning powder (Optional)
- Fry chicken and potatoes with curry paste for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add salt, sugar and chicken seasoning powder (if using)
- Add coconut milk, 125ml of water and bring to boil. Makes 5 portions.
Storage tips
Store any unused portions in an airtight container for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
Can be kept in the freezer for up to a month.
