Lead-time for large orders would be around 2 weeks,
depending on the quatity and how complex the
design to be printed on the t-shirts

** All t-shirts will be processed, printed, packed and mailed out 
within 4 working days after confirmation ** 

Unless otherwise stated

We seek you understanding that these are customised t-shirts
so we may need some time to get them done up nicely.
We do not want to rush your orders and give you 
some crappy t-shirts that you will not like.

Post within Singapore

Normal Mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox
directly if the parcel is too big singpost postman will
send to your doorstep. 
In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will
leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection
at the nearest post office. 
No tracking number is available for normal mail.

 

Registered Mail - Package will be delivered directly to
the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number
will be available. 
In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave
a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection
at the nearest post office or you may also request
one time free redelivery from singpost.

 

We shall not be held any responsibilities for
lost mail by normal postage. 
We strongly recommend customers to use
Registered mail.

Refund / Exchange

An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent to you
is incorrect or defected

Cutting issue is not considered as defected item.
Strictly for defected item only can exchange back the same design item.

Local Postage: Defect item / wrong item photo must send us 
within 7 days after you receive the parcel.

We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee 
(from buyer to seller).

Buyer are to ensure the incorrect or defected item(s) to reach our office.

Item must be in original condition.

If there is any Refund
We will take 3-5 working days to process the transaction.
