1. Items sent by Singpost normal mail takes about 3 working days excluding Sunday and Public Holidays.
During festive seasons, it may take up to 7-14 days. However we are not liable if the delivery takes a longer time as it is normal mail and not trackable.
2. We only allow cancellation or refunds if there is no stock. Exchange is allowed if items have defects.
Strictly no refunds for late delivery by SingPost or Qxpress.
