1. Self-Collect option is only for buyers who live in Singapore. Overseas buyers please do not select this option unless you are visiting Singapore. Do add your Mobile number in case we need to contact you.

2. Sometimes, shop timings can vary during Holiday Seasons (Like Christmas or other public holidays etc.) so please call before coming for collection.

3. Please print the Qoo10 Payment Receipt or the Order Email from Qoo10, it should clearly show the following:

Name of the buyer / Item name / Amount Paid / Order Number or Cart Number.

4. If you wish to send Your friend/ family on your behalf, then please be reminded that the person who comes to collect should have the same information as above and might also require to provide additional information like NRIC / Employment Pass or Passport for identification purposes and we might need to photocopy in order to prevent discrepancy in future.

5. In any event, an online "CONFIRM DELIVERY" is required upon collection of the item.
