Return Policy

1. Our items are fully guaranteed. All items are in brand new condition and will be tested through before shipping.
2. Refund or replacement request is available within 1 week after parcel received and returning the item in the condition received.
3. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name， auction number， and reason for return should be included in the paper， added in the package to be shipped back. Items should be returned with all original packaging materials.  
4. In all cases， buyer pays shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund.
