You are advised to inspect the products upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours to request for an exchange. Only items that are faulty are eligible for an exchange. All exchanges/refund must be done within 3 working days after email confirmation of on return/exchange procedure. Request for returns/exchange after that will not be entertained.
All return orders MUST be unused and in its original packaging.
