The JDP elbow cap is anatomically shaped, giving players an elbow pad that naturally contours to the arm and helps to lock it in place. CCM covered the cap with a closed-cell foam that does a good job at preventing moisture absorption, thus keeping the pad light all game long. PE inserts can be found in the bicep and forearm guards, ensuring players are completely covered.
