Notice: Return & Exchange Policy
For products that has been delivered and buyer wish to exchange for whatever reason(s) and not because of Seler's fault, exchange can be made per the following conditions:
1. Orginal packaging must not be opened
2. Items to be exchanged must be equal value or higher than orginal item purchased. For higher value item, Buyer have to top up price difference. There will be no refund for lower price item exchanged.
3. Delivery and restocking fee will apply for exchange items.
