Postage & Delivery

- We will not be responsible for any lost or demaged itemsvia normal mail
- We are unable to amend any processed orders after it has been placed. Hence, kindly double check your orders before making the purchase
- All orders that are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment.
- Delivery is only carried out during the weekdays, Monday to Friday, except weekends and public holidays (Singapore).
- Meet ups / self collection of your purchased items are not available.
Returns & Exchanges
Requests for exchanges are allowed only if you have received an incorrect or a defective item, it must be reported strictly within 10 days from shipped date.
Defective Item(s) Received
Conditions to qualify: Defects include holes, missing parts, and discolouration.
Please write us an e-mail stating the invoice number and send it to order@brittanybow.com including snapshots of the “defective” area for us to determine the severity of defect before we request for the item to be mailed back to us.
- For items that are deem defected by Brittany Bow, we will exchange for the same item that is still in stock, or full refund if that particular item is out of stock.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn and in a brand new and saleable condition).
- Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. Brittany Bow strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability and will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
Incorrect Item(s) Received
Conditions to qualify: Wrong merchandise size shipped or wrong item shipped.
