Opening Hours:	Monday to Saturday, 1130am to 730pm, closed on Sunday and public holiday
Redemption Documents:	(a) Original invoice; (b) Original serial number tag (cut-out from packaging); and (c) Original NRIC/passport (We will collect NRIC/ passport number for audit accountability purpose).

Terms and Conditions:

Promotion is only valid for customers who purchase the selected Samsung product(s) during the Promotion Period 10^th October 2017 – 12^th October 2017 from Samsung authorised online dealers.

Gifts may only be redeemed in person by Customer by collection at Redemption Centre during the Redemption Period upon presentation of valid Redemption Documents.

If the person redeeming the gift is different from the Customer as named in the invoice, an authorisation letter duly signed by the Customer must also be provided. However, retailers, dealers and promoters are under no circumstances allowed to make redemption on behalf of Customers.

Products purchased during the Promotion Period are not eligible for exchange and/or refund, save in accordance with warranty terms and subject to deduction of value of gifts.

Gifts are while stocks last during Redemption Period. No extension of Redemption Period will be allowed.

Samsung reserves the right to replace any gift with an item of a similar or other value.

Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or kind.

Promotion is valid only for purchase made from participating authorised Samsung dealers.

Each Customer can make a maximum of 3 product redemptions.

Promotion is applicable to end-consumers only and not valid with other discounts or promotions.

Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen gifts.

Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption where the completed Redemption Document is not submitted.

If Samsung suspects any Redemption Documents to be fraudulent in any way, or otherwise if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Samsung reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
