Nail Clique will send out orders within the next 2 working days upon receiving your payment. Working days excludes Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday.
 
There is no way for us to track packages that were sent out by Normal mail. Singpost and Nail Clique will not be responsible for lost mails. To minimise the chances of your mail getting lost, REGISTERED MAIL is highly recommended.
 
We make it a point to do the necessary precautions to prevent breakage (bubble wrap). However the mishandling of the orders during transit is not within our control. Nail Clique will not be responsible for any breakage during mail.
