It is by far, my favorite cleanser. I have sensitive skin with rosacea. After using this cleanser for the first time, my skin looked much brighter and better-hydrated. Now that I have used it for years, I can say with confidence that my skin actually looks better now than it did years ago! My milia has gone away and my skin is bright and clear. I will admit, I have been guilty of trying other cleansers in between if I could not find Hada Labo at my local pharmacy. I also immediately had regretted that decision as I would end up with breakouts and dry skin. Now, if I can't find Hada Labo locally, I stock up online. This is the only product that keeps my skin clear and soft consistently for many years. I am a forever fan! I love Hada Labo products and this cleanser lives up to the brand's emphasis on quality and affordability. The cleanser is fragrance-free (yea!). You only need a tiny bit-- maybe the size of the tip of a pinkie finger to get lovely and luxurious lather. It rinses off well to leave skin feeling supple and hydrated. I have no dryness or tightness and this thrills me because my skin is incredibly dry.The only reasons why I didn't give this 5-stars is that it really can't be counted on to remove eye makeup. That needs to be removed first as a separate step. Also, the tube is pretty but I don't like the "Japan's #1" plastered on it. This is a very good product and I think it will be especially wonderful during the winter when dry skin is at it's worse.
