This Gen III level III ECWCS polar fleece liner is designed to be worn under our Extended Cold Weather Clothing System parka, but it will add warmth to any winter coat or parka. It can also be worn alone on days when the full ECWCS system is not required. The jacket liner is fleece with shoulder, neck and elbow patches that are 100% nylon. The jacket has a full front zipper, 2 outer pockets and 2 inside mesh pockets. With gridded fleece side and armpits for breathability. Hook & Loop on chest for name and rank .
