Price
In the package, unlike other coffee capsule alternatives, there are 16 coffee capsules. Due to the larger number of capsules in one package, the Moreno capsules are priced well under other coffees for the Nespresso system.
Variety
There are four different varieties of Moreno coffee capsules. The four available varieties are likely to cover the standard basic requirements for the normal consumer. There are varieties of Espresso, Ristretto, lungo and crema.

- Packaging
Each pack contains 80 grams of coffee, whether it is Lungo or Espresso. These are converted to 16 coffee capsules, 5 grams per capsule. Of the quantity, this is comparable to other manufacturers of capsule alternatives. By the way, I welcome the slightly larger packaging with 16 instead of 10 coffee capsules. The capsule itself consists of differently colored plastic. This allows the different varieties to be distinguished even after removal from the packaging.
The capsules have the same color accents as the colored stripes on the packaging (espresso: red, lungo: green, ristretto: black, crema: blue). The plastic of the capsules has a slight corrugation and is very soft. Soft capsules usually have slight advantages in compatibility, since they are more suitable for the capsule shaft, even with an oblique insertion. The closure of the Moreno coffee capsules is made of aluminum. The capsules themselves do not smell excessive after coffee, which means that the capsules are really dense and the aroma remains in the capsule. With other manufacturers, a strong coffee smell was usually already noticeable after opening, which meant that the capsules lose their flavor with increasing storage time. This is not the case with Moreno coffee capsules.

Taste
-
It is well-known to argue about taste. I was positively surprised, especially with regard to the favorable capsule well priced. The Moreno coffee capsules do not taste overly bitter or extremely weak. Moreno has found here a good median between mild and savory taste and a pleasant intensity. Tastefully, all varieties tend to be the milder varieties, but have tasted me personally. Only in the aftermath, a slightly unpleasant taste appears in the taste which was not present during drinking. The Lungo and Crema variant is slightly too mild with 110 ml. On the other hand, I do not think that the Moreno capsules have a bitter or unpleasant taste in the mouth. For the price and the discounter quality there is certainly not a problem. As the test period grew, I became more and more accustomed to the taste of the capsules, so I had less and less exposure to the end. Also the crema is very pronounced after the preparation (see pictures).

Compatibility
I have tested the Moreno coffee capsules in different Nespresso machines and am surprised by the compatibility. As expected from the capsule design, the capsules work flawlessly in most of the machines. The coffee spout I would describe as fast and without dribbling or stopping the pump. The water flutes well after the infection through the capsule into the coffee cup. Also the quantity in the cup can be seen. Only a small amount of water flows past the capsule into the collecting container and the drip tray. The capsules actually worked in every tested machine (Pixie, Lattissima and Inissia) without problems. There was never a faulty brewing process during the entire test period. Closing the lock lever is also easy by the soft plastic and the adjustable capsules, easily from the hand. Closing is possible without force or exaggerated pressure. All in all, the capsules are fully compatible.
