The '0' is the phrase setting where the dolls just talk. '1' seems to be a demo mode. '2' lets you choose the language +every time you push the jewel while it's in '2' you change from Spanish to English.To get the dolls to sing the full songs you have to have it set to '0' and then raise the dolls left arm. It will then sing the entire song. When she opened them up it was love at first site. The 2 dolls Ana the redhead and Elsa the blonde are done with very wonderful detail to each part of the doll. Each doll has her own color dress and a button in the front that sings that particular song, in the back of each doll you have 3 options 0, 1 and 2 which are 0 for just talking dolls from what I have seen, 1 is English version doll and 2 is a Spanish version doll which is great for kids.
