1. How to get the correct size?
Shoe size is based on the insole length.
Insole length = Foot length + Free length(0.5~1 cm)
Suitable free length: +0.5 cm for Spring/Autumn Shoes;

2. How to measure kid's foot length?
Please stand agaist the wall,measure theu0026nbsp;distance from the wall to kid's front toe. That measured is Foot length.

3. What's theu0026nbsp;shoe insole length?
We measure the shoe insole length by ruler, like the below photo.u0026nbsp;Then we get the insole length. Please allow the 0.3-0.5 cm error due to manualu0026nbsp;measurement.This below photo is the only method how we measure the insole length, then we write it in ouru0026nbsp;size chart.

We cann'tu0026nbsp;pull out theu0026nbsp;padu0026nbsp;by forceu0026nbsp;to measure the length,like thisu0026nbsp;below photo.u0026nbsp;First,all insole pads are hardu0026nbsp;sticked to the shoes by gule.u0026nbsp;Second,the exposedu0026nbsp;padsu0026nbsp;will be about 0.5-1 cm longeru0026nbsp;than we measured themu0026nbsp;inside the shoes, because theu0026nbsp;exposedu0026nbsp;pads areu0026nbsp;more flatted.

4. What's theu0026nbsp;shoe outsole length?
Outsole length is differentu0026nbsp;with the insole length.Usually it's 1-2 cm longer than insole length. You will see some numbers markedu0026nbsp;on the shoe outsole.u0026nbsp;Theu0026nbsp;second lineu0026nbsp;numberu0026nbsp;(below China size number)u0026nbsp;is useless,andu0026nbsp;surely is not the insole length which you see in our size chart. Please ignore thisu0026nbsp;number.

5. Special Notes
There're some sizes printed in the shoe outsole. Take "27/185" for example.u0026nbsp;The above "27" is the China size number, not European/Russian size number.u0026nbsp;The below "185" is useless, neither insole length nor outsole length, please ignore this number.
