Due to my love of the mud mask, I was prompted to to buy this Charcoal Warming Face Scrub. Total waste of $9.97. After opening the first time, the product came with a partially hardened face scrub, so when I shook and squeezed barely anything came out. I followed the directions carefully, cleaned the top part, even though I had barely used it. I shook and tried again, a little more came out. I cleaned once more and put it on the shelf with the top set to OFF. A few days later, I went to try again. The entire product had harden to the point of rock-like status. I cut open the bottom and the entire product was hard and useless. Terrible design. A miss on the formula maybe? I can't tell you if it works, as it was not usable. I tried for 15 mins and nothing came out. This is a common issue for this product and the reviews on other sites are horrible.
